About the role#
The Boeing Business Internship Program for Human Resources offers students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aerospace industry. During this 10 to 12-week program, interns work on meaningful projects, develop professional acumen, and explore various functions within the Human Resources department. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship designed to prepare students for future leadership roles.
What you'll do#
- Tour manufacturing and research facilities to experience products firsthand.
- Work directly with a mentor to solve real-world business problems.
- Engage with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of the organization.
- Build a professional network through social events and collaborative activities.
- Develop skills in HR strategy, problem-solving, and professional execution.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources through education or relevant work experience.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Design.
- Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work full-time for 10 to 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Must be a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
- Note: Boeing will not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

- Modality: 100% on-site.
- Locations: Everett, Mukilteo, Puyallup, Renton, SeaTac, Auburn, Bellevue, Kent, and Tukwila, WA; North Charleston, SC; Hazelwood, MO; and Mesa, AZ.
- Duration: Summer 2027 (10-12 weeks).
