About the role#
The Boeing Business Internship Program for Human Resources offers a 10-12 week, full-time, paid experience for students interested in developing professional skills within the aerospace industry. Interns are immersed in the HR function, working on meaningful projects that provide insight into how people-focused solutions support global business operations. This program is designed to build foundational knowledge in HR and business acumen while providing exposure to leadership and strategy.
What you'll do#
- Tour state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities to experience products firsthand.
- Collaborate with a mentor to identify and implement solutions to real-world business problems.
- Engage with company leaders to discuss organizational strategy and the future of the industry.
- Participate in social events and activities to build a professional network.
- Develop the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue a career as a future leader in aerospace.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
- A demonstrated interest in the Human Resources field through relevant coursework or work experience.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Design.
- Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Note: This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
