About the role#
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our team during the Fall 2026 term. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Texas. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting with daily HR operations and contributing to various department projects.
What you'll do#
- Support new-hire onboarding and help prepare for orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and update internal databases.
- Help the HR team complete employment forms and research market trends.
- Create content for the internal employee bulletin board.
- Assist with employee engagement events.
- Participate in HR initiatives such as audits and swag distribution.
- Act as an ambassador for company core values.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with event planning and execution is a plus.
- An understanding of basic labor laws.
- A detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities.
Location & details#
- This internship is located in Texas and requires on-site attendance.
- The term is for Fall 2026.
- To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
