About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Wealth Management Internship based in Newport Beach, California. The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. You are expected to be available for the full duration of the program to participate in onboarding and cohort activities. This position is on-site.
What you'll do#
- Support the management and execution of business programs and projects.
- Assist with the design, development, and implementation of core program processes.
- Analyze data to provide insights, recommendations, and regular status reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business goals.
- Help investigate and document program risks while applying the BMO Risk Management Framework.
- Support change management initiatives and help develop tailored communications.
- Track metrics, milestones, and exception requests.
- Handle diverse tasks and determine next steps for identified issues.
What you'll need#
- A post-secondary degree or progress toward a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Specialized knowledge relevant to wealth management.
