About the role#
As a Process Analyst intern, you will support the Investment and Fraud Operations functions. You will work within a team to execute service processes while ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory controls. This position involves handling routine transactions, managing service requests, and maintaining accurate documentation to meet established Service Level Agreements.
What you'll do#
- Gather and format data for regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Execute daily transactions and service requests according to documented policies.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Identify and resolve operational issues or escalate them when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
- Support change management activities and contribute to the development of new systems or tools.
- Reconcile information to ensure accuracy and completeness across all tasks.
- Maintain an understanding of regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic program with the intent to return to studies.
- Strong motivation and a desire to learn.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with PC tools including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well within a team.
- Understanding of business products, services, and regulatory risk requirements.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or Economics.
