About the role#
The Data & Analytics Operations group is seeking an Associate Support Engineer for a Winter 2027 co-op position. You will join the AI Incubator team to support its strategy and contribute to meaningful projects. This role requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to the AI Incubator team strategy.
- Work with GenAI, LLMs, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Quick.
- Present findings to team members, managers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in student culture initiatives, including professional development workshops and socials.
- Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks with support.
- Anticipate problems and provide creative, reliable solutions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Bitbucket and Ansible.
- Experience with cloud technology and ETL tools.
- Knowledge of SQL servers and Unix/Linux command-line operations.
- Familiarity with Python and R.
- Strong analytical, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
