About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within a team while receiving mentorship from BGE staff. You will gain experience on public and private infrastructure projects. Throughout the term, you will participate in intern-specific activities, events, and training sessions designed for career development.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on site development tasks.
- Learn from experienced professionals in the civil engineering field.
- Attend professional development events and training programs.
- Engage in activities specifically for interns.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with MS Office software.
- A willingness to learn industry-specific software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on a team.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
