About the role#
BGE, Inc. is hiring an Electrical Engineering intern to join our Power Systems team in Austin. This is a full-time, paid internship that offers hands-on experience through mentorship and collaboration with our staff.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside BGE employees on active projects.
- Receive mentorship to support your professional growth.
- Attend training sessions and career development events.
- Participate in intern-specific programs and activities alongside your daily tasks.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- You have passed or are eligible to sit for the FE exam by the time you graduate.
- You work well with others and communicate clearly in English.
- You are proficient with MS Office and can learn new industry software.
- You can commit to working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

- This role is based on-site at 101 W Louis Henna Blvd, Suite 400, Austin, Texas.
- The internship term is rolling.
