About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in Land and Site Development. You will work directly with our staff, receiving mentorship as you contribute to ongoing projects. The program includes specific training sessions and events designed to help you grow your professional skills alongside your daily tasks.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members on site development projects.
- Learn from experienced BGE employees through daily mentorship.
- Participate in company-sponsored intern events and training programs.
- Complete assigned work during a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A willingness to learn industry-specific software tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
