About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in civil engineering. You will work within a team environment, receiving mentorship from BGE employees while contributing to daily operations. The program includes specific training, career development events, and intern-focused activities alongside your regular work.
What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn industry-specific software programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- This is a paid position.
