Dining Services student employees support operations across campus, including the Monson Dining Center, Royal Grounds, 3900 Grill, and catering services. This role offers flexibility, allowing students to select their own shifts to create a consistent schedule for the entire semester. Catering shifts are scheduled based on the needs of specific events.
What you'll do#
- Perform various tasks ranging from cashier duties to dishwashing.
- Support catering operations based on event schedules.
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule of 2 to 20 hours.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at Bethel University.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Ability to perform significant walking or other mobility tasks.
- Capacity to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds.
- Standard vision capabilities, including close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and focus adjustment (with or without corrective lenses).
