About the role#
Dining Services student employees support operations across the Monson Dining Center, Royal Grounds, 3900 Grill, and catering services. This role offers flexibility, as students select their own shifts at the start of the semester and maintain that consistent schedule throughout the term. Duties range from cashiering to dishwashing.
What you'll do#
- Perform various tasks across multiple campus dining locations.
- Support catering events based on the university schedule.
- Work between 2 and 20 hours per week.
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule throughout the semester.
What you'll need#
- Must be a current student at Bethel University.
- Ability to work in a standing position for up to 8 hours.
- Capacity for significant walking or other means of mobility.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 40 pounds.
- Proper vision, including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment, with or without corrective lenses.
