About the role#
The Tax Intern in Transfer Pricing works with a team of consulting economists. You will help multinational companies price transactions between their corporate entities. This work helps clients comply with foreign and domestic tax regulations by examining economic conditions and industry trends.
What you'll do#
- Conduct client interviews to gather information on corporate structure and functional responsibilities.
- Analyze industry and financial data to document intercompany pricing policies.
- Write industry overviews and functional analyses for transfer pricing reports.
- Prepare project reports that document how client prices comply with tax regulations.
- Create presentations to share analysis results and recommendations with clients.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to write technical memos and produce initial drafts of project deliverables independently.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for technical material.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site in Dallas, Texas.
- The term for this position is Summer 2027.
