About the role#
This IT Audit internship offers hands-on experience in the field of IT audit and consulting. You will work alongside professionals at various levels to gain insight into client engagements and internal processes. The role is full-time and provides exposure similar to associate-level hires.
What you'll do#
- Learn the client's platform structure and control environment to evaluate process risks.
- Perform audits, reviews, compilations, and consulting engagements including ISO, Cybersecurity, SOC I, and SOC II.
- Interpret and analyze audit evidence, operational data, and information systems.
- Participate in live interviews with C-Suite clients to understand current state processes.
- Apply knowledge of rules, regulations, and codes of ethics from the AICPA, ISACA, and IIA.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master’s program in business, accounting, finance, management information systems, computer science, or an equivalent field.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
