About the role#
Our Winnipeg office is looking for an accounting student to join the Assurance team for a 4-month co-op or internship term. This position runs from January to April 2027. You will gain experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance while working in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Apply your technical knowledge from school to prepare tax returns for a variety of clients.
- Contribute to tax compliance projects and other assignments following regulatory standards.
- Gather evidence for Assurance and Accounting engagements.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Respond to client requests and suggestions.
- Participate in business development initiatives and identify new opportunities with existing clients.
- Communicate with team members regarding progress updates and project issues.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working towards a degree or diploma with a focus in accounting.
- A strong desire to provide outstanding client service.
- A commitment to working well within a team.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to take initiative to seek understanding.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to April).
- Modality: Hybrid (includes time in the office, at client sites, and virtual work).
