About the role#

The Yearbook Outreach & Engagement Representative leads efforts to promote yearbook sales through email marketing, social media, and direct communication with students, families, and campus partners. This position manages the sales outreach process from start to finish to ensure visibility and consistent engagement across campus.

What you'll do#

• Create and send email marketing campaigns regarding yearbook sales, deadlines, and special offers.
• Manage yearbook social media accounts and post content to drive awareness.
• Conduct outreach to students, parents, and campus groups to encourage purchases.
• Track engagement trends and provide weekly updates to the yearbook team.
• Identify new opportunities to promote the yearbook both on campus and online.
• Maintain professional communication standards for Student Media.

Location & details#

• Location: Waco, Texas (Castellaw Communications, Room 226).
• Schedule: 16 hours per week.
• Term: Fall 2027 and Winter 2026.
• Compensation: $9 per hour plus a $1,500 performance-based scholarship per semester.
• Preferred Majors: Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
