Events include, but are not limited to, After Dark, All University Sing, Pigskin Revue, and Stompfest. Key Responsibilities:

Prior experience in technical or theatrical productions is not required to apply, training will be provided for technical expectations.

Deliver excellent customer service to clients and patrons of Waco Hall

Provide information and answer inquiries as needed

Assist with various tasks related to events and hospitality service

Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Ability to comply with University policies

May assist or coordinate various activities and tasks for execution of events or hospitality services
-
Provide excellent customer services to internal and external partners
-
May coordinate logistics to ensure all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards

May be a source to provide information, answer inquiries and resolve issues

May participate in meetings related to planning and coordinating events or hospitality services

May conduct presentations to provide updates to internal and external partners

May create feedback or event survey(s)

May collaborate with Marketing and Communications for branding and advertising

May identify and recommend improvements for events or hospitality services

May assist with outreach and promotion of upcoming services or events

Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
