About the role#
This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events at Waco Hall. You will provide behind-the-scenes assistance for campus events like After Dark, All University Sing, Pigskin Revue, and Stompfest. This is a student employee role focused on hospitality and event operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the planning and execution of various events.
- Provide customer service to clients and patrons.
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
- Coordinate logistics to help ensure services are delivered on time.
- Recommend improvements for event processes.
- Conduct presentations to provide updates when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams on event branding and promotion.
What you'll need#
- No prior experience in technical or theatrical production is required. Training is provided.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Commitment to following University policies.
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with internal and external partners.
- This role is open to students across various majors, including Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, Marketing, Logistics, Art, Psychology, and Sociology.

- Location: Waco Hall, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $8.50 per hour.
