About the role#
This position provides behind-the-scenes support for events held at Waco Hall, including After Dark, All University Sing, Pigskin Revue, and Stompfest. Student workers assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of these events to ensure they meet quality standards.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the planning and execution of events.
- Deliver customer service to clients and patrons.
- Answer inquiries and provide information to guests.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely service delivery.
- Participate in planning meetings and conduct presentations to provide updates.
- Collaborate on event branding, advertising, and outreach.
- Identify and recommend improvements for event operations.
- Create event surveys and feedback forms.
What you'll need#
- Ability to comply with University policies.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- No prior experience in technical or theatrical productions is required, as training is provided.
- Open to students from majors including Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, Marketing, Logistics, Art, Psychology, and Sociology.

- Location: Waco Hall, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: $8.50 per hour.
