    About the role#

    The Stacy Riddle Forum Front Desk Employee acts as the main point of contact for the facility. You will support Fraternity and Sorority Life staff by managing daily operations, welcoming guests, and maintaining building standards.

    What you'll do#

    • Welcome visitors and provide customer service.
    • Monitor building activity to ensure policy compliance.
    • Conduct facility inspections and manage opening or closing procedures.
    • Keep the front desk and common areas clean and organized.
    • Assist with room reservations and event support.
    • Submit and track maintenance requests.
    • Support safety, security, and emergency procedures.
    • Complete administrative tasks like timekeeping and documentation.
    • Communicate with students, chapter leaders, guests, and staff.

    • Location: Stacy Riddle Forum, Waco, Texas.
    • Schedule: Weekdays between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

    • Pay: $12 per hour.
    • Modality: On-site.
