About the role#
Data Processors support the Undergraduate Admissions department by maintaining the accuracy of applicant files. This role involves processing domestic high school transcripts and managing information collected during recruitment events.
What you'll do#
- Process all domestic high school transcripts for applicants.
- Enter information from incoming transcripts and data cards collected from college fairs or high school visits.
- Audit documents to verify they are attached to the correct student record and indexed accurately.
- Complete additional assignments as directed by supervisors.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, preferably in Business Administration.
- Personal experience attending a US domestic high school.
- Familiarity with domestic high school transcripts, terminology, and acronyms.
- Ability to work in an office setting for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Location & details#
- This position is located at the Clifton Robinson Tower, 4th Floor, in Waco, Texas.
- Work is strictly on-site, and transportation to the facility is the responsibility of the student.
- Standard hours are available Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- This is a paid position.
