Student Worker - Data Processor

About the role#

As a Data Processor, you will handle the intake and organization of domestic high school transcripts and information cards collected from college fairs and high school visits. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of application materials within student files.

What you'll do#

• Process domestic high school transcripts for applicants.
• Enter data from incoming transcripts and information cards.
• Audit documents to verify they are indexed correctly and assigned to the appropriate student.
• Complete additional assignments as directed by supervisors.

What you'll need#

• Experience with domestic high school transcripts, including relevant terminology and acronyms.
• Must have attended a US domestic high school.
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Location & details#

• Location: Clifton Robinson Tower, 4th Floor, Waco, Texas.
• Modality: On-site only.
• Schedule: Minimum 10 hours per week, available between 7:30am-6:00pm (Monday-Thursday) and 7:30am-5:00pm (Friday).
• Transportation: Students are responsible for their own transportation to the work site.
• Status: Paid, part-time position open to Business Administration majors.
