About the role#
As a Student Worker, you will support the Undergraduate Admissions department by maintaining the accuracy of student application files. This role focuses on data entry and document auditing to ensure that applicant information is processed correctly and efficiently.
What you'll do#
- Enter data from incoming domestic high school transcripts for applicants.
- Process information cards collected during college fairs and high school visits.
- Audit documents to verify they are indexed correctly and assigned to the right student file.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by student supervisors or the coordinator.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration program or related field.
- Familiarity with domestic high school transcripts, terminology, and acronyms.
- Personal experience attending a US domestic high school.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during office hours (7:30am-6:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:30am-5:00pm on Friday).
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located at the Clifton Robinson Tower, 4th Floor, in Waco, Texas.
- Transportation to the work site is the responsibility of the student.
- Employment is on a rolling basis.
- Training is provided in person.
