About the role#
The Undergraduate Admissions department is seeking a Student Worker to assist with data processing operations. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of student application files by processing domestic high school transcripts and managing data collected from recruitment events. This is an on-site position based at the Clifton Robinson Tower.
What you'll do#
- Process incoming domestic high school transcripts for applicants.
- Enter data from information cards collected during college fairs and high school visits.
- Audit application documents to ensure they are correctly indexed and assigned to the appropriate student file.
- Complete additional assignments as directed by student supervisors or the coordinator.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, preferably in Business Administration.
- Familiarity with domestic high school transcripts, terminology, and acronyms.
- Must have attended a US domestic high school.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during office hours: 7:30am–6:00pm (Monday–Thursday) and 7:30am–5:00pm (Friday).
- Capacity to work on-site at the Clifton Robinson Tower.
Location & details#
- Location: Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site at the Clifton Robinson Tower.
- Schedule: Minimum 10 hours per week, with potential for up to 20 hours during academic terms and 40 hours during non-academic periods with supervisor approval.
- Transportation: Students are responsible for their own transportation to the work site.
