About the role#
This position supports the daily operations and sales functions of the Baylor University Athletic Ticket Office. You will work alongside other student staff to manage ticket-related tasks and contribute to departmental goals.
What you'll do#
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Assist with ticket sales and general office operations.
- Support game day events.
What you'll need#
- Availability to work football games until halftime.
- Flexibility to work other ticketed sporting events based on scheduling.
Location & details#
- Location: Simpson Center, 1500 S. University Parks Dr., Waco, TX.
- Schedule: 10 to 20 hours per week.
- Pay: 10.00 per hour.
