The Graduate Student Worker supports the Office of Student Success and Engagement by assisting with the implementation of the Pathfinders and Challenger student success programs. This role involves working collaboratively with program staff to support initiatives that enhance the academic, personal, and professional development of participants.
What you'll do#
- Support the implementation of Pathfinders and Challenger student success programs.
- Assist with the coordination of workshops and events.
- Engage in student outreach and manage program communications.
- Conduct data collection and tracking.
- Perform various administrative and programmatic activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a graduate student.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Marketing.
Location & details#
- Location: Sid Richardson Building, Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Minimum of 8 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- Employment Term: Ongoing.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
