About the role#
The Graduate Student Worker supports the Office of Student Success and Engagement by assisting with the implementation of the Pathfinders and Challenger student success programs. This role involves working with program staff to support initiatives that enhance the academic, personal, and professional development of participants.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the coordination of workshops and events.
- Conduct student outreach and engagement activities.
- Manage program communications.
- Perform data collection and tracking.
- Support administrative and programmatic tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a graduate student.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Marketing.
- Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week between 8am and 5pm.
Location & details#
- Location: Sid Richardson Building, Waco, Texas.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Pay rate: $20 per hour.
- Schedule: Ongoing, minimum 8 hours per week.
