About the role#
The Graduate Assistant for Student Foundation supports the mission of students serving students. This role focuses on the administration of the Crenshaw Student Experience Fund, which provides financial grants to help students access extracurricular opportunities. You will serve as the primary advisor to the fund committee and assist with broader Student Foundation and Student Activities initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Manage daily operations for the Crenshaw Student Experience Fund, including application intake, documentation review, and fund tracking.
- Coordinate with campus departments and business offices to handle fund disbursements.
- Maintain accurate records regarding grants, student participation, and program outcomes.
- Act as the primary advisor to the Crenshaw Student Experience Fund Committee to ensure fair and consistent application reviews.
- Create and execute a marketing plan to raise awareness of the fund.
- Assist with donor stewardship and communications that highlight the impact of the fund.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Provide on-site support during major Student Foundation events.

- An active Christian faith commitment.
Location & details#
- Location: Ed Crenshaw Student Foundation Center, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Occasional evening and weekend work is required.
- Term: Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
