- Write code for real-world conditions where reliability is a primary requirement.
- Develop internal tools to manage permitting, deployment complexity, and the orchestration of field operations at scale.
- Collaborate with hardware, deployment, and operations teams to solve interdisciplinary problems.
- Focus on specific areas including fleet software, internal automation and data pipelines, market infrastructure, or product engineering.
What you'll need#
- A strong foundation in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.
- A demonstrated ability to build and ship working software through side projects, coursework, or previous internships.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- A builder's mindset characterized by curiosity and a self-directed approach to complex problems.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
