About the role#
As an Intern-Nurse II, you will provide technical assistance to a defined group of patients. You will work under the direction of a registered nurse to ensure quality patient outcomes and assist with service functions for staff, patients, and guests.
What you'll do#
- Assess patients while working under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Help develop, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care.
- Provide direct patient care and support nursing staff.
- Participate in activities to improve health care delivery and build your clinical leadership knowledge.
- Complete assigned goals and take part in ongoing educational activities.
What you'll need#
- You must be a graduate of a registered nursing program and currently awaiting nursing licensure.
- Note that the Nurse Intern II category is limited to 90 days from your graduation date.
- You need basic computer literacy.
- You must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of your hire date.

- This position is located in Memphis, Tennessee.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship with rolling start dates.
