About the role#
This position is for a Nursing Assistant Student at the Grace Home Nursing Home. You will provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring their safety and comfort. This is a full-time role with rotating shifts.
What you'll do#
- Provide personal hygiene care and assist residents with nutritional needs.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the shift nurse.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to take corrective action.
- Prevent the abuse of vulnerable adults.
What you'll need#
- Current registration on the applicable state nursing assistant registry or the ability to obtain it within 4 months of hire.
- A focus on patient and family-centered care.
- Ability to identify safety hazards and respond to emergencies.
Location & details#
- Location: Graceville, Minnesota.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Rotating day, evening, and night shifts including weekends and holidays.
