About the role#
As a Procurement Intern in our Accelerate program, you will support sourcing initiatives within our Global Business Services organization. This role focuses on aligning sourcing strategies with business priorities while helping to improve cost, efficiency, and supplier performance. You will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, contracting, and data analysis through a 10-week program that includes professional development workshops and networking with senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Support strategic sourcing activities, including supplier research, selection, and contracting.
- Apply business analytics and data science to profile procurement data.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Global Procurement teams to understand business needs.
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies and support the execution of best practices.
- Evaluate supplier performance to support informed business decisions.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment at a college or university as a rising senior, graduating in May or June 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work with large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
- A self-starter mindset with a curiosity for solving complex business problems.
