About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the RV and campervan rental industry at the Las Vegas depot. You will serve as a primary point of contact for guests, managing the rental process from start to finish to ensure a positive travel experience.
What you'll do#
- Manage front-office operations including guest check-ins and check-outs, registration, and payment processing.
- Educate guests on campervan functionality and rental terms while identifying opportunities to upsell road trip extras.
- Coordinate reservations with available inventory and prepare campervans and equipment kits for upcoming trips.
- Perform quality control by maintaining vehicles, identifying maintenance needs, and addressing repair requirements.
- Support the team with inventory monitoring, fleet coordination, and troubleshooting operational challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and a valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Strong customer service orientation with a talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to handle hands-on operational tasks.
- Valid work authorization.
