Tourism & Operations Intern - Las Vegas

About the role#

As a Tourism & Operations Intern at the Las Vegas depot, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, managing the end-to-end experience of their campervan rentals. This role involves balancing front-office customer service with back-office operational tasks to ensure the fleet is prepared and maintained for road trips.

What you'll do#

• Customer Service & Sales: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, process payments, explain vehicle functionalities, and upsell road trip extras.
• Operations: Align reservations with available inventory and prepare campervans and kits for upcoming rentals.
• Quality Control: Maintain the fleet in top condition by identifying and addressing maintenance or repair needs.
• Fleet Support: Monitor stock levels, coordinate vehicle logistics, and troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• A valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Possession of a valid work permit, if applicable.
• A strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to perform hands-on tasks.
