About the role#
As a Tourism & Operations Intern at our Las Vegas depot, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests. This role offers hands-on experience in the RV and campervan rental industry, focusing on both customer-facing interactions and behind-the-scenes operational tasks.
What you'll do#
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including registration and payment processing.
- Explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, and upsell road trip extras.
- Align reservations with available inventory and prepare campervans and kits for upcoming trips.
- Maintain the fleet in top condition by identifying and addressing maintenance or repair needs.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate the fleet, and troubleshoot operational issues.
What you'll need#
- Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- A valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- A strong customer service orientation and a talent for connecting with people.
- A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to handle hands-on operational tasks.
- Valid work authorization.
