Tourism & Operations Intern - Las Vegas

About the role#

As a Tourism & Operations Intern at the Las Vegas depot, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, managing the end-to-end experience of their campervan rentals. This role involves a mix of front-office customer service and back-office operational support to ensure the fleet is ready for the road.

What you'll do#

• Customer Service: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, process payments, explain campervan features, and manage rental terms and conditions.
• Sales: Upsell road trip extras to enhance the guest experience.
• Operations: Align reservations with available inventory and prepare campervans, kits, and extras for upcoming trips.
• Maintenance: Inspect and maintain the fleet to ensure vehicles are in top condition, identifying and addressing necessary repairs.
• Logistics: Support the team by monitoring stock levels, coordinating the campervan fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to handle hands-on operational tasks.
• Required work authorization for the United States.
