About the role#
The Accelerate internship program offers law students the chance to gain experience within our legal division. You will work on hands-on projects, participate in professional development workshops, and network with our leadership team. This is a 10-week, full-time program designed to help you grow professionally while supporting our in-house legal operations.
What you'll do#
- Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and litigation correspondence.
- Assist with internal investigations and responses to subpoenas and small claims matters.
- Manage legal documents, including maintaining legal holds and organizing electronic files.
- Enter and track case information in Legal Tracker.
- Coordinate between in-house counsel, outside counsel, and internal departments.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and the creation of presentations for senior management.
- Participate in client or witness interviews when necessary.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in law school.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- A professional work ethic and a delivery-oriented attitude.
Location & details#
- Location: Parsippany, New Jersey (On-site at World HQ).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $30 per hour.
