About the role#
The Accelerate Corporate FP&A internship is a 10-week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis. You will work directly with the team to support core business processes while participating in professional development workshops, networking with senior leadership, and visiting field operations to see how your work impacts daily business.
What you'll do#
- Assist with monthly close, forecast, and plan processes.
- Track and report financial results, business drivers, and variances against the prior year, current forecasts, and the business plan.
- Prepare and distribute management reports.
- Contribute to various ad-hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment at a college or university, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail and a sense of ownership over your work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
