About the role#
This internship is part of the ABG Accelerate program. You will spend 10 weeks working within our Financial Planning and Analysis team. The role provides hands-on experience with financial operations, reporting, and business planning. You will have the opportunity to participate in professional development workshops, connect with senior leadership, and visit field operations to understand how your work impacts the business.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations.
- Develop monthly forecasts and business plans for revenue and expense accounts.
- Support month and quarter close processes.
- Prepare and automate management reports.
- Review monthly income statements to reconcile forecasts to actual results.
- Complete a project that provides value and insights to the organization, which you will present to business leaders at the end of the term.
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college or university program, specifically in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to ownership of your work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Location: Parsippany, New Jersey.
- Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week on-site at our World HQ.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $30 per hour.
