About the role#
The Royal Caribbean Group Finance internship is a 10-week program designed to provide meaningful work experience within our global organization. You will work alongside professionals to develop your understanding of the travel industry. This role is a full-time, paid position that includes professional development sessions, community service opportunities, executive spotlights, and ship tours.
What you'll do#
- Track, plan, and optimize financial performance across the business.
- Forecast revenue, costs, and profitability by ship, brand, region, and department.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Manage cash flow and oversee internal controls and risk mitigation.
- Support investor relations by helping communicate our financial story.
- Contribute to specific finance functions including Treasury, Capital Planning, Tech FP&A, and Revenue Planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in related areas.

- Location: Miami, Florida (Port of Miami Headquarters).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 31st to August 6th).
- Modality: Hybrid (In-person Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays).
