About the role#
The Accelerate internship program offers a 10-week experience designed to help you explore different areas of our business. You will learn the operations of your department, attend professional development workshops, and hear from our leadership team. You will also have opportunities to network with senior leaders and visit our field operations to see how your work influences our daily business.
What you'll do#
- Support the design and implementation of initiatives for talent and performance processes.
- Develop resources and benchmarking best practices.
- Assist in the development and facilitation of learning and development programs.
- Support key inclusion initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment at a college or university as a student completing your junior year.
- Working towards a Bachelor Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to execute a project plan.
- Ability to manage change and handle communication between stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with AI is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
