About the role#
The Accelerate internship program offers a 10-week experience designed to help you explore different areas of our business. You will participate in professional development workshops, connect with senior leadership, and visit field operations to see how your team impacts daily work. This is a paid, full-time position based in our Parsippany office.
What you'll do#
- Apply statistics, business analytics, and data science to support specific business initiatives.
- Analyze various aspects of a global mobility organization.
- Interact directly with business stakeholders to solve real-world operational issues.
- Work with large, complex datasets to perform data profiling and categorize business information.
- Build predictive models to help identify and reduce debt, damage, and risk associated with vehicle rentals.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a college or university with an expected graduation date in May or June 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Completed coursework in Business Analytics, Probability and Statistics, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
- Data analysis experience using software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience or skills with SQL, Python, R, or Typescript.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and contribute to a team.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.

- Location: Parsippany, New Jersey.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $30 per hour.
