About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join an agile team focused on building cloud-based computing and data management technologies. The program runs for 16 weeks, from January 4th to April 23rd, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Implement software prototypes and components.
- Collaborate with engineers to design, plan, develop, test, and maintain complex features and new subsystems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical advice.
- Contribute to meaningful projects while receiving mentorship from industry leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS program for Computer Science or a related technical field, ideally in your 3rd or 4th year.
- Experience with large-scale, distributed application design.
- Familiarity with application development using Java or TypeScript.
- Ability to work effectively and independently.
- Detail-oriented approach to building software.
- A desire to learn and improve technical skills.
Preferred qualifications include experience as a full-stack developer, familiarity with continuous integration tools like Ansible, Docker, or Jenkins, and experience with Git or similar version control systems.
