About the role#
As a Product Integration Intern, you will gain a behind-the-scenes look at how fashion lines move from creative concept to product launch. You will support the team responsible for ensuring that our brand collections are designed, manufactured, and delivered on time. This role provides an opportunity to develop operational expertise while working alongside cross-functional teams in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Drive and organize critical product lifecycle activities for various brands and product lines.
- Schedule and facilitate seasonal product meetings to ensure clear objectives and timelines.
- Identify potential risks to seasonal brand development and work with teams to resolve issues.
- Use data and reporting to analyze brand performance against product development deadlines.
- Support the day-to-day business operations of the Product department.
- Participate in weekly status meetings to track project progress.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and help build new tools or processes.
- Remove roadblocks for development teams and assist in project managing strategic initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary institution, preferably pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
- A target graduation date between April 2027 and April 2028.
- A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and detail.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and achieving results.
- A passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry.
- A willingness to learn and apply Aritzia's business and leadership principles.
- Previous work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is considered an asset.

- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
- The term runs for the Summer 2027 season.
- This position is on-site.
