About the role#
This is a student worker position in food service or catering at Aramark. The role is based in Monroe, Louisiana. It is a paid, on-site position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and build food items using standardized recipes.
- Set up, break down, clean, and sanitize workstations.
- Serve food to customers and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Replenish food items to keep stock at appropriate levels.
- Store food according to company standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain a positive demeanor while assisting customers and co-workers.
What you'll need#
- Ability to obtain food safety certification.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear a uniform or personal protective equipment when required.
