About the role#
We are hiring students for food service and catering roles at our Pembroke location. This is a paid, on-site position. We welcome students from various fields of study, including Nutrition, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, and Human Resources.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and build food items using standardized recipes.
- Store food properly according to established standards.
- Set up, clean, and sanitize workstations like prep tables and service counters.
- Serve food to customers and keep service areas stocked.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies.
- Ensure the security of company assets.
What you'll need#
- Ability to demonstrate guest service skills.
- Must hold or acquire a food safety certification.
- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Willingness to wear a uniform or personal protective equipment as required.
