About the role#
This position is for a Student Worker at the Dunkin location on the University of Southern Mississippi campus. It is a paid, on-site role with a rolling term. We are open to students from various academic backgrounds, including Business Administration, Nursing, Psychology, Civil Engineering, and Communications.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and build food items using standardized recipes.
- Store food properly according to established standards.
- Serve food to customers and focus on guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
- Set up, clean, and sanitize workstations.
- Replenish food items and keep products stocked.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure the security of company assets.
What you'll need#
- Ability to demonstrate guest service skills.
- You must have or be willing to acquire a food safety certification.
- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required.
- This role involves physical tasks like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- You may be required to wear a uniform or use personal protective equipment.
