    About the role#

    This internship provides students with hands-on experience in the Forensic Accounting and Claims Consulting practice. You will work alongside professionals ranging from consultants to directors on various client projects. The program focuses on giving you exposure to the daily work of a consultant through fact-finding, damage analysis, and data management tasks.

    What you'll do#

    • Design financial and accounting models to quantify insurance claim losses, including business interruption, extra expense, property damage, cyber product recall, and employee fidelity.
    • Prepare annual business interruption and property renewal values for clients across multiple industries.
    • Analyze financial statements and related documentation.
    • Perform sensitivity analyses regarding loss measurements.
    • Reconcile claim amounts against accounting systems and insurer calculations.
    • Support multiple engagement teams on projects of varying size and scope.

    What you'll need#

    • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Microsoft Word.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Clear written and oral communication skills.
    • Commitment to quality and team collaboration.

    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Employment: Full-time.
    • Compensation: $34 per hour.
    • Note: This role requires permanent authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available.
