    About the role#

    As a Construction Intern, you will develop analytical skills while working directly with project team leaders and experts. You will assist in performing detailed analyses to provide solutions for complex construction projects globally. This role involves working in client-facing situations to help address challenges related to planning, construction, and dispute resolution.

    What you'll do#

    • Gather data through detailed document reviews and manage project databases.
    • Analyze project schedule delays, cost records, productivity, and change orders.
    • Use software to model schedules, contractor production rates, and costs.
    • Create high-quality work products and maintain strict quality control.
    • Prepare materials for senior-level review and support practice development.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong communication skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to adapt to multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
    • Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
    • Experience with Primavera scheduling tools and Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques is a plus.
    • Permanent authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not provided).

    • Compensation: $34 per hour.
