About the role#
LANEIGE US is looking for an intern to assist the PR & Experiential Marketing team. You will gain hands-on experience in beauty PR, influencer marketing, and event coordination. This position provides exposure to daily operations, including creator partnerships, product mailers, and brand communications.
What you'll do#
- Support the daily operations of the PR and Experiential Marketing team.
- Manage influencer and media databases, trackers, and lists.
- Identify emerging creators and track social media trends for partnership opportunities.
- Handle logistics for influencer mailers, paid campaigns, and affiliate programs.
- Assist with PR event preparation, such as guest list management and invite tracking.
- Manage administrative tasks including product orders, invoice processing, and shipment tracking.
- Conduct research on competitors and media coverage while building campaign recap reports.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare, pop culture, and social media.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and organize your time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous internship experience in PR, beauty, or influencer marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with influencer management tools is helpful.

- This is an on-site role based in New York, New York.
- The position is paid and full-time.
