About the role#
The Paid Media Intern will support the Growth and Performance Marketing team in executing advertising initiatives for the Innisfree, Hanyul, and Mamonde brands. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across Sephora, DTC, and TikTok Shop channels. You will gain exposure to full-funnel paid media strategies while collaborating with brand marketing, PR, social, and creative teams.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Develop creative briefs for Paid Social campaigns and conduct weekly competitive research to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the delivery of creative assets to agency partners to ensure timely execution.
- Handle monthly invoicing and billing processes.
- Pull, analyze, and present monthly creative reports to cross-functional teams.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to refine paid media strategies.
- Stay informed on beauty marketing best practices and emerging industry trends.
What you'll need#
- A degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Availability for a 6-month internship.
- Previous work experience at a media or creative marketing agency.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to pull and analyze data.
