About the role#
The Paid Media Intern will join the Growth & Performance Marketing team to support advertising initiatives across the Innisfree, Hanyul, and Mamonde brands. This role focuses on driving brand awareness and conversion through hands-on experience with full-funnel paid media strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including brand marketing, PR, social, and creative teams to support product launches and high-impact campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns for Sephora, DTC, and TikTok Shop channels.
- Develop creative briefs for Paid Social campaigns and conduct weekly competitive research to identify new opportunities.
- Manage the delivery of creative assets to agency partners to ensure timely execution.
- Handle monthly invoicing and billing processes.
- Pull, analyze, and present monthly creative reports to cross-functional teams.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to refine paid media strategies.
- Stay current on beauty industry trends and marketing best practices.
What you'll need#
- A degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Previous work experience at a media or creative marketing agency.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
