About the role#
This Graduate co-op program provides operational and project experience within a biotechnology environment. You will work alongside engineering teams in areas such as technical authority, capital project management, and strategic planning. This role is full-time and based on-site in Holly Springs, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with design teams to support project development, standards, and equipment selection.
- Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and lifecycle impact analyses for engineering projects.
- Assist in the development of business cases for strategic engineering goals.
- Research project scopes and processes to find improvement opportunities and new technology.
- Contribute to safety and health programming to improve compliance.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an MBA, Master's, PharmD, or Ph.D. program.
- Completion of the first year of your graduate program before the start date.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering, Public Health, Nursing, or Architecture.
