About the role#
This is a 12-week internship program for Fall 2026. You will join the Operations function, which handles the manufacturing and delivery of medicine. The role involves project-based work, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities. You will contribute to initiatives across five sub-functions: Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering.
What you'll do#
- Lead strategic analysis and business case development on projects across Operations.
- Develop a project charter to define objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally to identify problems and measure current performance.
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop recommendations for senior leadership.
- Present your findings through an intern-wide poster session and a final readout to executive management.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program.
- Completion of the first year of your graduate program before the internship begins.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship.
- Must not be employed at the time the internship starts.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Data Science, or Biomedical Sciences.

- This is a full-time, paid remote internship based in the United States.
- Sponsorship for future employment is not guaranteed, and you must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program.
