About the role#
This internship position within the Population Health Center of Excellence focuses on operationalizing the strategic narrative of Genentech's population health initiatives. You will work within the Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs organization to ensure that enterprise-level positioning resonates with both internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Develop toolkits, messaging frameworks, and activation plans to bring the population health story to life.
- Design and execute engagement activities that reach diverse audiences while maintaining consistency and compliance.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of engagement efforts and refine tactics based on feedback.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Population Health leadership to integrate initiatives into the broader company identity.
- Operationalize strategic goals by building tactical plans and systems for successful activation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Master's degree or PhD.
- Academic background in Public Health, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Knowledge of corporate communications best practices, including audience segmentation and multi-channel content activation.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and turn complex information into clear narratives.
- A proactive approach to building the systems required for successful project execution.
