About the role#
As a Clinical Extern, you will observe preceptors and take part in projects to build your knowledge of the Managed Care industry. This role focuses on learning clinical processes and functions while gaining hands-on experience through shadowing.
What you'll do#
- Shadow preceptors to learn about clinical services.
- Participate in various projects to develop your clinical skills.
- Follow instructions and procedures provided by your manager or preceptor.
- Gain familiarity with internal processes and company guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited clinical program.
- You must receive course credit for your participation in this externship.
- A willingness to learn about the Managed Care industry.
- The ability to follow instructions and procedures.
