About the role#
As a Community Operations Intern, you will support Agilent’s global community initiatives and knowledge base programs. You will work with product managers, content specialists, and technical support teams to enhance community experiences and streamline operations.
What you'll do#
- Manage the Community platform and related content management tools.
- Support the full lifecycle of community content, including creation, migration, review, and audit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve community processes and user experience.
- Implement community engagement programs, such as badges and advocacy initiatives.
- Provide operational support for community roadmap projects, including test case writing and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze community metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CoPilot and Power Automate preferred.
- Familiarity with online communities, knowledge management, or customer support platforms is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, remote position.
- The role is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or Psychology.
- Work is available in various locations including Wilmington, Newark, and Dover, Delaware; Allentown, Philadelphia, and King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania; Montpelier and Burlington, Vermont; Boston and Springfield, Massachusetts.
- The internship duration is 6 to 9 months with a rolling term.
