About the role#
The Podcast Editor supports the post-production process for the Kogod School of Business. You will work with Tim Timura to prepare audio content for final publication.
What you'll do#
- Edit audio for recorded podcast episodes.
- Remove unnecessary sections from recordings.
- Improve the overall sound quality of files.
- Ensure episodes are polished and ready for distribution.
What you'll need#
- You must be an enrolled student at American University.
- Relevant coursework in Communications, Media Studies, or Journalism is preferred.
Location & details#
- This role is located on-site at the main campus in Washington, DC.
- This is a part-time position scheduled for 10 hours per week.
- The pay rate is $18.40 per hour.
- Positions are filled on a rolling basis.
