About the role#
The Corporate Compliance team helps the organization navigate regulatory requirements, manage risk, and promote ethical business practices. As an intern, you will collaborate with compliance professionals and business leaders across regulatory affairs, privacy, employment compliance, governance, and reporting. You will receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Research regulatory requirements, industry trends, and compliance best practices.
- Support compliance assessments, program reviews, and regulatory examinations.
- Review policies, procedures, and program documentation.
- Analyze compliance data to help identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with compliance teams and business partners on special projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university with junior standing or higher.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- A professional, collaborative, and eager-to-learn attitude.
Location & details#
- Location: League City, Texas (Marina One).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24 to August 6).
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
