About the role#
As a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern, you will participate in a 10-week summer program focused on protecting information systems, customer data, and digital assets. You will work alongside cybersecurity teams, product partners, and developers to learn how security controls and threat detection capabilities function in a large-scale environment. This role provides hands-on experience in security operations, architecture, and documentation under the guidance of experienced mentors.
What you'll do#
- Monitor security systems and events using various tools to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Triage and investigate security or operational issues to determine root causes and mitigation strategies.
- Assist with security documentation, assessment findings, remediation tracking, and reporting to maintain compliance.
- Conduct research on emerging cyber threats, security technologies, and AI-enabled security risks.
- Utilize AI-enabled cybersecurity tools to support threat detection, alert triage, and analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Data Science.
- An expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A foundational understanding of cybersecurity, information security, network security, cloud security, or technology risk concepts.
- Interest in scripting or automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively within a team.

- The role is an on-site position.
